Shoot 'Em Up Promo

The last couple of years of cinema has shown up that pretty much anyone with a high concept idea and a kickass promo reel can get a movie made. Last year brought us both Sky Captain and Saw. While they weren't the best flicks ever made, it's great to see some *new* stuff out for a change. Everyone's sick of sequels and television adaptations. This brings us to Shoot 'Em Up, the newest ballsy move into Hollywood. The creator is rumoured to brought his fully animated promo to various studios to get his movie made, and lo, someone bit. Next year the movie's gonna hit cinema screens like semen in a bukkake shoot. Why should we give a shit? By judging from the promos, it should action nerds and a NRA member's wet dream. Shit loads of guns and clever violence.
